I take pride in the quality of my handmade items - I want you to love your purchase! However, because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. Please review the return policy below:
Custom and Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Custom Items: If you are unsatisfied with a non-custom item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be used, in its original condition, and shipped back (or dropped off) at the customer's expense.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at peanutbprintshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. I will be happy to provide a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue. Please include photos of the damage for quicker processing.
