Cutom and Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Custom Items: If you are unsatisfied with a non-custom item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of recieving your order. It item must be used, in its original condition, and shipped back (or dropped off) at the customer's expense.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at peanutbprintshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. I will be happy to provide a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue. Please include photos of the damage for quicker processing.
